Please follow these directions to ensure your needs are
quickly and efficiently addressed:

Please
note your computer model and operating system prior
to calling so that we can expedite your call. |

Our representatives
are available to take your call from 9:00 AM –

During your
initial call with one of our representatives, we will
conduct an analysis so that we can properly determine
what is wrong with your computer. |
 |
Once we
have all of the initial information from you, including
your location and desired service time, we will have
one of our dedicated technicians call you directly
to confirm your service appointment. |
 |
Our technician
will work with you to determine the problem you are
having with your computer and recommend the best possible
solution to the problem. |
 |
Once our
technician has successfully fixed the problem you
had with your computer, they will ask you to complete
a questionnaire so that we can properly gauge how
satisfied you were with our service. |
 |
If your
computer experiences the same symptoms and you are
not satisfied with the performance of your computer
as it is related to the service call we performed,
please call us and we will come back out to your home
or business free of charge for the first thirty (30)
days after the service date to perform the tasks necessary
to get your computer back up and running to your satisfaction. |
